How do I change my Networking Lab password?

How to change the password associated with your profile

At the beginning of the semester an account was automatically created for you on the lab network. The username is your student ID number and a temporary password was given to you on the first day of classes, which you were then required to change. The password is used to log into the pods and computers within the classroom and to log into the Networking Lab Pod Reservation System. PLEASE NOTE, THIS IS NOT NECESSARILY THE SAME AS YOUR ONTARIO TECH PASSWORD!

If you need to change this password, please log in to one of the PCs in the lab. If this is a brand new password you will be automatically prompted to change it. Otherwise, press CTRL-ALT-DEL and choose "Change Password". You will be prompted to enter your old password followed by your new password.

If you have forgotten your original password, and are therefore unable to change your password, please open a ticket with your name and student number.
