Playstation VR (for PC)
Hardware:
- Plug an HDMI Cord into the PS4 Port on the hub
- Plug the other side of the HDMI cord into your GPU
- Plug the power cable into an outlet
Software:
- Download TrinusVR http://www.trinusvirtualreality.com/psvr/
- Go to the Windows Search bar and Open TrinusPSVR as Administrator
- Under PSVR Display set it to Display1
- Under PSVR Mode set it to VR
- If you want to view your desktop, set PSVR mode to ‘Cinematic Track’
- You now have a fully functioning PSVR headset for PC
- ***Note: Motion Capture is not usable on PC, therefore only having the use of viewing your desktop in 360 mode.***
Exercises:
- Open SteamVR and it will bring you to its home screen
- You need to use a controller / keyboard for moving, so the headset is only for seeing in VR
